1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference

You are invited to submit an abstract for 1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference, to be held on 16th & 17th May 2025, at the Grand Millennium Muscat Hotel, Oman.

POSTER/ORAL ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 16 March 2025 – 11:59 PM.

NOTIFICATION ON ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: 20 March 2025 – 11:59 PM.

Language

All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on the 1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference website.

General Conditions

Abstracts are required for all presentations.

  • Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 16 March 2025 (23:59 GMT)
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Poster Abstracts.
  • Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance
  • If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses.
  • All accepted Abstract presenter(s) will receive free registration to the conference to present your abstract at the conference
  • The co- authors of the abstracts should register to the conference if you wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
  • Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the conference that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
  • Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.
  • Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
  • Disclosure: Abstract submitter and presenter are required to disclose any conflict of interest.
  • Ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation.
  • All approved presenters are required to be registered to the conference.
  • Abstract submitters must consent to the Policies of Abstract Submission
