1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference

You are invited to submit an abstract for 1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference, to be held on 16th & 17th May 2025, at the Grand Millennium Muscat Hotel, Oman.

POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 26 April 2025 – 11:59 PM.

NOTIFICATION ON ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: 01 May 2025 – 11:59 PM.

Language

All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on the 1st National Pediatric Critical Care Conference website.

We Accept

If the study is a multicenter international, at least one of Oman hospitals are included.

Study designs: case reports, case series, original articles, systematic review, qualitative study.

Abstract Length: Maximum 250–300 words (excluding title and author details).

Format

Case reports and case series are unstructured

Other study designs are structured as following:

Title: Clear and concise
Authors & Affiliations: List all contributing authors and their institutions
Background: Briefly describe the study rationale or problem addressed
Methods: Outline study design, patient population, and interventions
Results: Summarize key findings
Conclusion: Highlight the study’s impact or significance

Figures/Tables: two figures and/or tables are allowed

General Conditions

Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 26 April 2025 (23:59 GMT)
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Poster Abstracts.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance
If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his Registration, Travel and Accommodation expenses.
Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the conference that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.

Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.

All approved presenters are required to be registered to the conference.
